Dr. S Sudhakar
Transplant Surgeon
Dr. Sudhakar has worked in the UK for about 7 years and later he joined as a senior tutor in the Urology Department at St. John's Medical College, Bangalore. He joined KANTI in 2001 and is now an integral part of the Institute. Dr Sudhakar is interested in conducting drug trials for multinational companies and is now involved in the worldwide Everolimus Phase 4 trials for Novartis.

Dr. B Manoharan
Nehrologist
Dr Manoharan’s special interest is Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD) and is solely responsible for the active CAPD program at KANTI.

Dr.Sreenivasa Prasad M.A.
Consultant Co-ordinator Dialysis and Transplant Surgery
Dr. Sreenivasa Prasad graduated from Gulburga Medical College in 1987. Since the inception of KANTI, Dr. Sreenviasa has served as a RMO. Dr Prasad’s forte is communication skills and in the pre-transplant workup of patients about which he is very meticulous. In fact, no transplants are performed at KANTI without Dr Prasad’s authorization.
Dr. Madhu Sudhan Raju
Consultant Co-ordinator Dialysis and Transplant Surgery
Dr.Raju graduated from Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College. Gained experience in Intensive Care for over 6 years in Mallya & other hospitals, he joined KANTI in 2005. He obtained his fellowship in Dialysis & Transplant 2005 - 07. Dr.Raju is well versed in the insertion of Cantral vein catheters for dialysis.
Dr.T. Ravindran
Consultant Co-ordinator Dialysis and Transplant Surgery
- Obtained his MBBS from Bangalore University in 1993 and joined KANTI in 1994. He went on to obtain a Diploma in Diabetes Mellitus from the University of Newcastle, Australia in 2002, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research 2005.
- Fellowship in Dialysis and Transplant from KANTI 1994-1996
- Fellowship in Vascular Access in Haemodialaysis and Transplant from KANTI 2002-2003
- Course on Vascular access and complications from King Faisal Specialist Hospital Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 2007.
Dr. Anand Shattar
Consultant Co-ordinator Transplant Surgery
Graduated from Karnataka Medical College Hubli in the year 1996. He went on to work in the Paediatric Nephrology Unit of the Little Flower Hospital Angamaly - Ernakulam district in 1998 for six months and then in the Nephrology department until 1999.He worked as a Registrar in the Nephrology Department of Lesie Hospital Ernakulam from 2000 to 2002 and in the same post at PVF Memorial Hospital Kaloor Ernakulam District from 2003 to 2007
He joined KANTI in February 2007. He is in charge of cordinating Renal Transplants at the Yeshwanthpur facility of Columbia Asia Hospital.
Dr. A R Babitha

- Graduated from Ramaiah Medical College in the year 2000.She joined KANTI in the year 2002 after her internship.
- She is proficient in jugular and femoral catheterisations.
